MICROCEMENT IN MYKONOS
Microcement
in Mykonos.
Microcement in Mykonos for floors, walls, bathrooms and built-in furniture. We help you choose the colour, texture and suitable finish for your home, villa or selected outdoor area.

LOCAL EXPERIENCE · PRACTICAL DETAIL
A continuous finish, shaped around your space.
Known locally as patiti tsimentokonia, decorative cement finishes suit the simple forms and soft tones of Cycladic interiors. We discuss the texture, colour and intended use before selecting the application system.
A good result depends on the surface underneath, preparation and compatible finishing products. Existing cracks, moisture and movement need assessment before coating. Wet areas require a suitable waterproofing system; a decorative finish alone is not a substitute.

BEFORE WE START
Your questions, answered.
Can microcement be applied over existing tiles?
It may be possible if the tiles and underlying surface are sound and suitable for the selected system. We assess adhesion, movement and preparation needs first.
Is microcement waterproof?
Performance depends on the complete system. Bathrooms and other wet areas need correctly detailed waterproofing and compatible protective finishes.
Can it crack?
Movement or cracks in the underlying surface can affect the finish. Preparation, joint detailing and system selection help manage that risk; no finish should be presented as crack-proof.
Can you use it in a pool?
Only a system specifically suitable for permanent immersion should be considered. We assess the pool separately and coordinate its waterproofing and finish.
