These are website terms. The scope and commercial terms of a particular project or management service must be set out in the relevant offer or service agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement or any mandatory legal rights.
Enquiries, quotations and agreements
Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message starts a conversation. It does not reserve a work date, confirm availability or create an obligation for either party to proceed. An automatic acknowledgement is not acceptance of a project.
Information on service pages is a general description of the work we can discuss. A quotation depends on the property, access, existing conditions, specifications, materials and the agreed scope. A site visit or further information may be needed before a firm proposal can be issued.
Before work starts, the applicable proposal or agreement should identify the contracting parties, included work, exclusions, price, VAT treatment, payment stages and timing. Any quotation validity period must be stated in that proposal. Only the work and responsibilities expressly agreed form part of the service.
Construction, renovation and changes
Photographs and general website descriptions do not replace a survey, measurement, technical design or professional assessment of your property. Structural, electrical, plumbing, waterproofing and other works must be assessed for the conditions of the individual site.
Responsibilities for permits, engineering, approvals, site access, materials and specialist appointments should be agreed before the relevant work proceeds. Applicable legal and safety requirements cannot be waived by these terms.
If hidden conditions, additional work or a requested change affects the proposal, the scope, cost and effect on timing should be agreed in writing before the additional work is undertaken, except where a lawful and necessary immediate safety response is required.
Indicative dates may be affected by approvals, weather, access restrictions, supply availability and other site conditions. The project agreement governs notification of delays and any resulting rights or remedies.
Property and rental management
Seasonal rental operations, year-round property care, cleaning, pool or garden maintenance and technical support are separate services. The management agreement determines which are included, visit frequency, communication arrangements, spending authority and any additional charges.
Guest communication, check-in and check-out, turnover coordination or booking support are included only where agreed. Management services do not guarantee occupancy, rental income, uninterrupted operation or the prevention of every defect or incident.
A general website enquiry is not an emergency-reporting service and does not create a 24-hour response commitment. Existing clients should use the contact and escalation arrangements in their service agreement. Immediate safety emergencies should be reported to the appropriate emergency service.
Your information and authority
Please provide accurate information about your request and make clear whether you are the owner or an authorised representative. You must have permission to share any photographs, plans, contact details or other material you send us.
You retain your rights in material you provide. You allow us to use and share it only as reasonably necessary to assess your enquiry or provide the agreed service, subject to our Privacy Policy. Submitting material does not give us an unrestricted right to publish it or use it for advertising.
Please do not submit confidential access codes, payment-card information or unnecessary personal information through the general website form.
Project photographs and website content
The project galleries present selected photographs of individual properties and completed work. Each property is different. Images are not a promise that a particular design, material, feature or result is included in another quotation.
Website text, branding, layouts and photographs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights held by MykonosPlan or the relevant rights holders. You may view the site and share links for legitimate personal or business enquiries. Commercial republication, resale or use of our branding or project images as your own requires permission, except where the law allows otherwise.
Please contact us if you believe material on the website infringes your rights so we can review the concern.
Responsible use and third-party services
Do not use the website to submit fraudulent enquiries, impersonate another person, distribute malicious content, collect personal information unlawfully or interfere with the website’s operation. We may take proportionate steps to restrict abusive or unlawful use.
Links and messaging tools may take you to third-party services such as WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean that MykonosPlan controls or endorses every statement or service on the linked website.
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but content may be updated and access may be interrupted. Please confirm current details relevant to a decision with us directly.
Payments, cancellations and legal rights
Deposits, payment deadlines, variations, cancellation arrangements and any warranty commitments belong in the individual proposal or agreement. This website does not impose a general non-refundable deposit, automatic renewal or blanket cancellation fee.
Where mandatory consumer information or withdrawal rights apply, they must be respected and addressed in the relevant agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes a remedy where doing so would be unlawful, including rights concerning defective or unperformed services.
Any limitation of liability for an agreed service must be lawful, fair and clearly set out in the relevant agreement. These website terms do not create an unlimited indemnity in our favour or a blanket exclusion of responsibility.
Questions, disputes and updates
Please send concerns to contact@mykonosplan.com, including enough information for us to identify the enquiry or service. We will review the matter and discuss the appropriate next step.
These website terms are governed by Greek law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to a consumer. They do not restrict access to courts or competent authorities that the law makes available to you.
We may update these terms for future website use. The date at the top identifies this version. Updating the website does not, by itself, change an existing project or management agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
